Print Column Headings On Every Page

If you use column or report headings, page 2 of a printed sheet sometimes doesn’t make sense without your column headings. If you would like to print your column headings on every page of your printed sheets, here’s how.

On the main menu bar:

1. Click File then Page Setup
2. Select the Sheet tab
3. Click in the “Rows to repeat at top” box to activate it
4. On your worksheet, select the rows that contain your headers. (this will automatically fill them in the “Rows to repeat at top” box.
5. Click Print Preview to look at your new settings or OK to finish
