Printing the Column Headings and Row Numbers can be useful when trying to present a print-out that looks more like a worksheet.

On the main menu:
1. Click File
2. Click Page Setup
3. Select the Sheet Tab
4. In the Print Section put a check in the box next to Row and column headings and hit OK.
