Do you record macros and they say recorded by someone else? Do your comment boxes default to the same name? Change the default user name to whatever you would like this way.

On the main menu
1. Click Tools
2. Click Options
3. Select the General Tab
4. Next to User name, enter the name you would like and hit OK
