Place your Chart in a Jumbotron, Television, Billboard, or any other creative place.
1. Find a good picture(try Google Image Search or Stock Xchange)
2. Import the picture to a spreadsheet that contains a Chart(Insert->Picture->From File)
3. Move the Chart Over the picture and resize to proper fit
4. To keep the Chart and image “connected”, select both objects(hold down the Ctrl key while selecting each image), right click, select Grouping->Group

The next example shows a chart under a picture. This trick requires an image editing software package(ex.Photoshop, Fireworks). Use the Eraser Tool tool in Photoshop or Fireworks to make the section of the image where you want the Chart to display Transparent.
Next, follow the previous instructions except this time place the chart Under the picture. Also note: If grouping, you need to use the “Select Objects” tool found on the Excel Drawing toolbar to select all the objects.
