trainer… Proclaims the cover of yet another Orielly Excel book, Excel 2003 Personal Trainer, released in Nov, 2004. Check out the cover (full size), one of the most unique Excel book covers available. The author is listed as CustomGuide Inc, it’s not immediately evident who the human is that wrote it.

And of course there are a couple free chapters:

Chapter 7: Working With Lists
