You can find the help file for the Chart Object model in Office 2003 at:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033\vbagr10.chm

    Hi Mark,

    Just to clarify, the Chart Object help file is for MSGraph, which is not exactly the same as the charts within Excel.
