		<description>Figured it out, it seems the blank space I have is not the exact blank space in excel. The data are copied first from function result from excel then copied to M$ notepad then to another column in a different sheet.

I wonder what kind of char this space is...lol</description>

		<description>I love this approach of using small discrete steps; each step can easily be corrected that way, without messing up the other parts of the formula. I have often wasted a lot of time creating one big clunky formulae.</description>
